Orders outside Europe are delivered by DHL. DHL can see the forest for the trees. DHL delivers to more 220 countries and territories worldwide. If you click on the link below you will see in which countries DHL delivers.

If you are outside Europe and you order from us, we will ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible. At the bottom of the page you will see an overview of DHL with the duration for sending packages from the Netherlands.

Of course it can sometimes take a little longer, depending on the season and the crowds.

If you order before 3:00 PM, the package will be delivered to you the next working day. The items are sent via PostNL or DHL depending on the location and wishes of the customer.

We normally deliver regular mail on the next delivery day (Tuesday to Saturday), but always within 4 delivery days. DHL Generally we'll deliver your parcel within the Benelux the following business day (with the exception of the Dutch Wadden Islands).

In the Netherlands we also deliver on Saturdays. Delivery times to other countries depend on the destination.

When you purchase something from the store, subscribe to the newsletter or contact Poet trea, I may store information about you. Usually this includes:

- Your address details

- Your message or question

- Your email address
